Congratulations! You have finished the full experience of the 3 Cosmic Mini [i]Activations. You can download your cosmic award here.

You should do the [i]Activations for a minimum of 28 days — 1 to 3 times a day to get the maximum benefit. 

After the 28 days keep performing these activations, experience them wherever you feel like you need more support in your daily life or a particular life event.

Every time you listen to them, you can become clearer about your own needs.

No, it depends on what you want to do. After all, it’s your Unique Journey! If you’re still unsure, you can use some of my recommended options:

  1. Do 1 per day — 1 to 3 times a day, and after 28 days, you can repeat it with the second one and then with the third one.

  2. Do 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at night for 28 days.

  3. Or, do ALL 3 together!

Try out these different combinations and choose the right one, depending on how you feel. Listen to your body’s vibes when you do them. It’s an excellent thermometer — take advantage of it.

I won’t stop emphasizing; pay attention to your inner voice, follow your intuition!
